Yesterday I did my two final author events of 2019. Thank you to Hadassah and Columbia for inviting me to speak and welcoming me so wonderfully yesterday morning and evening. I’ll be working on another revision of Everything After until early February, and then will be on tour for the More Than Words paperback, starting February 4! 2020 tour schedule to come soon!
In More Than Words, Thanksgiving is Joseph Gregory’s favorite holiday, and he uses it to write notes thanking people for the help they gave him throughout the year. I held a sweepstakes on my Instagram page for a chance to win a signed copy of More Than Words and a set of eight lovebird place card holders. Thank you for everyone for participating! I hope you had a wonderful holiday.
It must be foreign edition week! The Norwegian edition of More Than Words just arrived. So cool to see the similarities and differences between editions.
The Romanian More Than Words made it to NYC!
Thank you to the folks at the JCC in Atlanta for a lovely event today. I so loved meeting everyone and chatting about secrets and dads and brunch and love. I also so loved being on stage with Sarah Blake!
Check out this emotional Albanian cover for The Light We Lost. I love the passion in the image. It’s such a gorgeous piece of modern art—I can’t believe it’s on my book!
I had such a wonderful day at the Books and Brunch event supporting the Assistance League of Chicagoland West, which helps supply winter clothes, food, and more to community members in need. Loved getting to meet and listen to Mary Kubica and Eileen Meyer, and to see some familiar faces from Andersons Bookshop, who were selling books at the event. Thank you to all 500 (!!) people who came.
To any Columbia students out there, I will be chatting about my alumni journey on December 3 from 7-8:30 pm. And there will be free pizza! Come say hi and grab a slice. You can register here. (PS. I actually graduated in ’02.)
I was honored to write this profile of Mrs. Julie Dooley for Honored. Mrs. Dooley is a phenomenal teacher who had a huge impact on so many students’ lives. Click here for Mrs. Julie Dooley’s profile.
Thank you so much to Book Riot for including me in this list of 10 Authors Like Nicholas Sparks—and for saying such nice things about both of my books.
So fun to find myself in this article, reading The Only Plane In The Sky. (And its a rare picture of my in glasses!)
